How much does an epoxy garage floor cost?
A useful quote needs the measured area, concrete condition, preparation, finish and access. Old coating removal, repairs, steps and edge details can change the total. Ask for the complete installed scope rather than comparing an unexplained square-metre rate.
Can you coat a floor that already has paint on it?
Possibly, after assessment. Peeling, soft or poorly bonded material may need removal. Tell us what was applied, if you know, and describe any lifting or oily areas so preparation is considered from the start.
When can I park in the garage again?
The contractor needs to specify this for the chosen system and conditions. Walking access, moving storage and parking may have different waiting periods. Include your parking arrangements and any deadline in the enquiry.
Can I choose the flake colour?
Ask to review the actual samples available for the proposed system. The mix, chip size, topcoat and light in your garage all affect the final appearance; a screen image is only a starting point.
Do you take enquiries for workshops and commercial floors?
Yes. Include equipment, vehicle traffic, spills, cleaning and the available shutdown period. A contractor needs to confirm the appropriate system and whether the requested commercial scope is within their capability.
Does submitting the form book an installer?
No. Your enquiry starts a review of the project, location and available options. Contractor suitability, coverage and availability are confirmed separately, and you approve the work directly with the contractor you choose.
